综合分析了茶叶功能性成分的研究及其在含茶食品、保健品中的应用现状,讨论了我国含茶功能性成分保健品发展趋势。
The functional components of tea and its application in food and health care products were analyzed, and the development trend of the functional components of tea in China was discussed.
