摘要：厦漳跨海大桥南汉北引桥为分离式双幅预应力混凝土连续箱梁桥，跨径组成为4×（4×45m）＋3×45m＋4×45m，22号、23号墩位于海中。为了节约工期，22号～23号墩箱梁采用整体横移支架现浇施工，即先搭设钢管支架施工右幅箱梁，待右幅箱梁施工完成，将支架整体横移至左幅施工左幅箱梁。横移支架底端滑梁与轨道梁问设置滚动装置，通过牵引系统实现支架整体横移，横移时利用设置缆风绳防止支架倾覆，并适时进行测量监控，横移到位后将支架与横移主梁锁定，并检查各构件连接情况。
The north approach of the south bridge of Xiazhang Sea-Crossing Bridge is a pres- tressed concrete continuous box girder bridge with two separated decks and with span arrangement of 4× （4×45m）＋3×45 m＋ 4×45m. The pier 22 and pier 23 stand in the sea. In order to save construction time, the box girder section between the pier 22 and pier 23 was cast in situ using the integral transversely-moved scaffoldings. In specific operation, the steel tube scaffoldings were first set up to construct the box girder sections in the right bridge deck, once the construction of the box girder of the right bridge deck was finished, the scaffoldings were integrally and trans- versely moved to the left bridge deck to construct the box girder sections in the left bridge deck. Rolling devices were installed between the base of the transversely-moved scaffoldings and the track heams. The scaffoldings were integrally and transversely moved by the dragging system. During the transverse movement, the wind cables were used to prevent the overturning of the scaf- foldings, and the timely measurement and monitoring were also done. After the scaffoldings were transversely moved to place, the scaffoldings were locked to the transversely-moved main girder, and the connecting condition of the components was checked.
