摘要
青岛海湾大桥青岛端接线工程第12合同段跨河箱梁采用支架现浇法施工,跨越河堤的支撑体系为钢管桩平台加贝雷梁支架,完全位于河道内及完全位于河岸上的支撑体系直接采用碗扣支架。采用有限元法及材料力学模型对该支撑体系进行承载力及稳定性验算,结果均满足要求。施工要点为打设混凝土管桩,在管桩顶浇筑系梁,将钢管桩吊至系梁顶与预埋件相连,在钢管桩上安装横梁,在横梁上安装贝雷梁,在贝雷梁上搭设碗扣支架;支架搭设完采用砂袋进行堆载预压,预压结果满足要求。
The box girders crossing the river of Contract 12 of the Qingdao Side Road Connection of Qingdao Bay Bridge were constructed by the scaffolding cast-in-situ method.The supporting system for the girders over the river dyke was the steel pipe piles plus bailey trusses while the supporting systems for the girders completely over the river and over the bank were the bowl-coupler scaffoldings.The finite element method and the mechanical models were used to conduct checking calculation of the bearing capacity and stability of the supporting systems and the results of the calculation proved to satisfy the requirements.The key points of the construction were that the concrete pipe piles were driven,the concrete of the tie beams were cast at the tops of the pipe piles,the steel pipe piles were lifted onto the tie beams and welded with the embedded steel plates in the beams.On the bailey truss,the bowl-coupler scaffolding was set up and after the setting-up of the scaffolding was completed,the sand bags were heaped to preload the scaffolding and the results of the preloading were satisfactory according to the requirements.
