摘要
采用k-B法检测分离自齐口裂腹鱼的维氏气单胞菌对20种抗菌药物的耐药表型,用PCR法扩增维氏气单胞菌的四环素类tetA、tetC、tetM,氨基糖苷类aph(3′)-Iia、aac(6′)-Ib、ant(3′′)-Ia、aac(3)-IIa、磺胺类sul1、sul2、sul3共10种耐药基因.结果显示:氟哌酸、氟苯尼考、磺胺异恶唑等11种药物对维氏气单胞菌有较好的抑菌效果.该菌对磺胺类和部分氨基糖苷类敏感,相关耐药基因也未检出,只有四环素类的tetA基因被检出.药敏试验结果和耐药基因检测结果基本一致,这能为维氏气单胞菌的防治和耐药机理的研究提供参考.
The antibiotic susceptibility and drug-resistant genes of Aeromonas veronii isolated from Schizothorax prenanti are detected in this study. The sensitivity of the isolated strain to 20 kinds of antibiotics is evaluated by antimicrobial susceptibility testing with Kirby-Bauer (KB) disc diffusion method. PCR approach is applied to detect tetA, tetC, tetM , aph(3')-IIa, aac(6")- Ib, ant(3")-la, aac(3)-lla, sull, sul2 and sul3. The antimicrobial ausceptibility testing reveals that the Aeromonas veronii is sensitive to norfloxacin, florfenicol, sulfafurazole and other I l agents. Aeromonas veronii is highly sensitive to sulfonamides and partial Aminoglycosides, and the associate resistant genes are not detected, only the tetA is checked out. The results of drug-resistant gene detection are accordant with drug sensitive test. This study can provide references for the drug-resistant mechanism research, prophylaxis and treatment of the disease of Schizothorax prenanti.
