摘要
建立微波消解-ICP/MS法同时检测香砂六君丸中铬、铅、砷、镉、铜、汞六种有害元素的方法并对所建立的方法进行了方法学验证。采用所建立的方法对香砂六君丸进行检测,结果表明香砂六君丸中汞和铬的区域污染程度较高,探讨了香砂六君丸中有害元素限量标准,为其进行风险监控提供了技术参数。
An ICP- MS method was proposed and validated for the determination of harmful elements, such as Cr, Pb, As, Cd, Cu and Hg, in Xiangsha liujun pills, one of Chinese traditional medicine. The result shows that the pills were polluted regionally by Cr and Hg. The limitation of harmful elements in the pills was discussed, providing those are important technical parameters for the risk monitoring.
