摘要 目的:建立微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收法测定阿胶珠中铬的方法;测定样品阿胶珠中铬的含量。方法:采用微波消解法对阿胶珠样品进行消解,采用石墨炉原子化器,波长357.9 nm下,进行测定,塞曼效应作为背景校正。结果:用建立的方法,测得10批市售阿胶珠样品中铬的含量。结论:该方法简便、可行,可用于阿胶中重金属铬的含量测定。 Objective: To establish a method for the determination of chromium in donkey-hide gelatin bead by microwave digestion-graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry and measure the content of chromium in commercial sources of donkey-hide gelatin bead.Method: To process samples by microwave digestion,the content of chromium was measured by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry under the wavelength of 357.9 nm,and the zeeman effect was used in the background correction.Results: The contents of chromium in 10 batches of commercial donkey-hide gelatin bead samples were measured with the method.Conclusion: This method is simple,credible and reliable to the determination of chromium in donkey-hide gelatin bead.
