摘要
基于聚碳酸酯(PC)的力学机理,提出一种识别灰度变化剧烈区域的方法实现对其损伤区域的识别。该方法以数字图像相关方法为基础,将试样的变形信息与表面的灰度变化信息相结合,定量地获得试样图像中每个像素点在变形前后的灰度变化值。结果表明,该方法可以实现对剪切带形成时刻和位置的准确识别,识别结果与内部的变形规律一致,且对离面位移较大的颈缩部位依然适用。该方法可用于监测PC材料的变形演化过程,实现对材料损伤的实时识别。
An effective method based on polycarbonate(PC)' s mechanical mechanism was proposed to prevent material from failure.Firstly, digital image correlation method was used to calculate the displacement field, then specimen' s deformation was combined with its surface gray change information to quantitatively obtain the gray change information of each pixel point. The results show that the method can achieve accurate identification of time and location of the shear band formation. The identification result is consistent with its internal deformation, while it is also applied to the necking part which has large off-plane displacement. The method can describe the process of whole experiment of PC, achieve real-time identification of material damage.
