摘要
农村居民点整理是土地整治的重要内容,对城镇化建设具有推动作用。针对上海农村居民点整理实践,分析了土地权属调整及农民权益保障问题,并提出了相关建议。
Rural settlement planning is an important component of land consolidation and rehabilitation, and it may promote the development of urbanization. In the context of rural settlement planning in Shanghai, this paper analyzes the adjustment of land ownership and the problems of protecting farmers＇ rights and interests, and presents suggestions for overcoming these issues.
