摘要
本文通过回顾分析我科1例慢性肾功能不全合并带状疱疹患者,出现呼吸衰竭应用机械通气治疗的临床资料以及最终的治疗结果:老年慢性病患者,合并病毒感染时可损伤气道黏膜及肺组织,在行机械通气时可加重气道或肺组织的损伤,出现皮下气肿。本研究认为经验丰富,正确、轻柔的气管插管方法及合理的设置机械通气参数可减少气道或肺组织的损伤,减少皮下气肿的发生或许对预防皮下气肿有所帮助。
Clinical information and cure results of 1 patient with chronic renal insufficiency combined with herpes zoster who had respiratory failure and received mechanical ventilation were analyzed retrospectively.For patients with senile chronic diseases,complication of virus infection can injure airway mucosa and pulmonary tissue and mechanical ventilation can aggravate airway or pulmonary tissue injury and cause subcutaneous emphysema.I believe that rich experience,correct and soft tracheal intubation method and reasonable setting of mechanical ventilation parameters can reduce airway or pulmonary tissue injury and reduce or prevent the occurrence of subcutaneous emphysema.
