摘要
我科１０年治愈皮下气肿、纵隔气肿、气胸患者２５例，对气肿的发病原因、发病机制、临床特点及处理方法加以分析及探讨，指出治疗转归的关键因素取决于肺内压变化，提出如何预防的措施。
cases with pneumohypoderma , pneumomediastinum and pneumothorax were re- ported .1 6 of them were caused by 16 foreign bodies of trachea ( 64 % ) . Emphasis were prt on analysis and discussion for foreign bodies of trachea about their pathogenesis ,mechanism and management . It pointed out that the key factor of the treatment depends on the change of intra-pulmonary pressure.
