摘要
在施用甲磺隆的抗性观察圃里 ,跟踪调查杂草的抗性生物型 ,采集表现抗性的杂草———少花龙葵和三叶鬼针草种子 ,用生物测定和生化分析方法 ,进行其抗性水平测定。结果表明 ,连续 2年 4次施用甲磺隆的少花龙葵和三叶鬼针草 ,只有少花龙葵表现抗性 (抗性因数为 2 19,等浓度防效降低 2 9% ,敏感性比为 1 5 8,乙酰乳酸合酶的活性比为 1 6 1)。
In the survey plot applied with metsulfuron methyl, the weed resistant biotypes were surveyed by following their tracks, Resistance levels of shiningfruit nightshade ( Solanum photeinocarpum Nakai et Odash.) and railway beggarticks ( Bidens pilosa L.), the weed species showing resistance, were determined by bioassay and biochemical analysis, The result has shown that with 4 times of the metsulfuron methyl application in 2 successive years only the shiningfruit nightshade showed resistance (resistancefactor=2.19; controlling effect at a given same concentration reduced by 29%; susceptibility ratio=1.58; activity ratio of acetolactate synthase (ALS)=1.61); differences of resistance in railway beggarticks being unapparent.
