摘要
采用水蒸气冷凝法提取少花龙葵叶的挥发油,运用毛细管气相色谱—质谱联用技术结合计算机检索对挥发油进行成分分离、分析和鉴定,用气相色谱面积归一化法测定了各组分的相对含量(%)。结果表明:经毛细管色谱分离出151个峰,共确认了其中138种化合物,所鉴定的组分占挥发油总量的100%。少花龙葵叶挥发油的化合物种类丰富,包括包括醇、醛、烷、酯、烯、酮及醚类等成分。少花龙葵挥发油的主要成分(相对含量>0.5%)为(E)-2-己烯醇(45.25%),(Z)-3-己烯醇(41.0%),7-甲氧基-2,2-二甲基-二氢-1-苯并吡喃(1.49%),十四醛(0.97%),己醛(0.97%),壬醛(0.88%),环戊醇(0.61%)及4-丁基-2-(1-甲基-2-硝基乙基)环己酮(0.57%)等,这8种主要成分占总挥发油相对含量的91.74%;其中含量较高的(E)-2-己烯醇与(Z)-3-己烯醇2种物质是生产食品香料和化妆品香精的重要成分。
The essential oil from the leaves of S.photeinocarpum was obtained by steam distillation,the constituents and constructures of the obtained essential oil were analyzed and identified by GC-MS,and their relative contents were determined by peak area normalization.Results showed that the total of 151 peaks were detected and 138 compounds were identified,accounting for 100 % of the essential oil.A large amount of chemical components were found in the essential oil from leaves of S.photeinocarpum,which contained alcohol,aldehydes,alkyl,esters,ene,ketone and aether,etc.The main compounds were(E)-2-Hexen-1-ol (45.24 %),(Z)-3-Hexen-1-ol(41.0 %),2H-7-methoxy-2,2-dimethyl-1-Benzopyran(1.49 %),Tetradecanal(0.97 %),Hexanal(0.97 %),Nonanal(0.88 %),Cyclopentanol(0.61 %) and 4-t-Butyl-2-(1-methyl-2-nitroethyl)cyclohexanone(0.57 %),etc.The 8 major components accounted for 91.74 % of the total relative content of the volatile oil,(E)-2-Hexen-1-ol and(Z)-3-Hexen-1-ol were two chemicals of higher relative content,which were important components in the production of food spice and cosmetics essence.
