摘要
高温高压及深井测试具有温度高、压力高的特点,对测试管柱的密封性能要求更高,开井前要求对测试管柱进行试压检验,为此,开发出井下试压开井阀,该工具既能满足管柱试压的要求,又能实现灌入诱喷液垫进行负压放喷的工艺要求。在渤海油田的科学探索井测试和东海的加砂压裂测试项目中多次使用,成功率达100%,具有广阔的应用前景。
Having the characteristics of high temperature and pressure for well test in high temperature & high pressure and deep well,the higher of the test string sealing performance is required,and it is needed to test pressure for the well testing string before opening and closing well.Therefore,down-hole pressure test and open well valve has been developed.This tool not only meets the requirements of pressure test of testing string,but also achieves the process requirements of grouting into the under balance pressure cushion to spray.After repeated uses in the scientific exploration well testing of Bohai oilfield and the East China Sea sand fracturing test project,the success rate is 100%,and has broad application prospects.
