渤海复杂油气藏测试技术研究及应用效果 被引量:24

Testing techniques for complex reservoirs and their application in Bohai sea

摘要 就测试的复杂程度而言,将渤海海域花岗岩潜山油气藏和新近系稠油油藏称为复杂油气藏。花岗岩潜山油气藏储层非均质性强、潜山内幕复杂,稠油油藏原油密度大、粘度高、流阻大,出砂严重。应用全通径测试工具在套管中坐封并配合生产测井技术(简称“坐套测裸”潜山裸眼测试技术)对锦州25-1南油气田太古界花岗岩潜山油藏进行测试,获得了各产出段的产能、压力、流体性质等资料,解决了长期存在的潜山油藏测试难题,取得了显著的经济效益。应用自行开发的过螺杆泵电加热降粘技术和引进的可控式金属布防砂管TCP防砂技术,对旅大27-2和旅大32-2油田新近系稠油油藏进行了测试,取得了很好的效果。上述技术创新及实践,对今后渤海类似油(气)藏测试有指导意义。 According to the testing complication, both granite buried-hill reservoir and Neogene heavy-crude reservoir can be referred to as complicated reservoirs in Bohai sea. The buried-hill reservoir is very heterogenous and complicated,and the heavy-crude reservoir is characterized by high density, viscosity, flow resistance of oil and serious sand production. Using a full gauge testing tool set in casing and combining with production logging (a technique of "testing open hole by setting in casing"), an Archean granite buried-hill reservoir in JZ 25-1S field was tested, and the data of production capacity, pressure, fluid properties and so on were collected for each production zone. This has solved the long-time problem of testing buried-hill reservoir and gained great economic benefits. Further more,we also got very good effects in testing Neogene reservoirs in LD 27-2 and LD 32-2 fields where we applied a self-developed visbreaking technique of electric heating through screw pump and an introduced sand-control technique of composite metal cloth tube. These technical innovations and practices are of directive importance to testing of similar reservoirs in Bohai sea.
