摘要
中国社会组织发挥着巨大的政治功能,为中国民主政治的发展注入了新活力。但目前中国的社会组织还存在党建工作基础薄弱等政治困境,还必须进一步加强社会组织党建工作,增强社会组织自治,完善相关制度和法规,才能既保证社会组织的正确方向,又充分发挥社会组织的功能。
As the new vitality for the development of Chinese democratic politics, Chinese social organizations have played a huge political function. While, at present, there are still political dilem mas for Chinese social organizations, for example, the Party construction is with weak foundation, therefore, there is much work to do. the Party construction of the social organizations should be fur- ther strengthen; the autonomy level of the social organization should be enhanced; the relevant rules and regulations should be perfected, based on which, not only the correction direction of social organi- zations can be guaranteed but also the function of social organizations can be exert fully.
