摘要
"前厅客房服务与管理"是高职院校旅游管理、酒店管理等相关专业的必修核心课程,阐述了"前厅客房服务与管理"课程标准的制定、教学内容的设计、教学方法和考核评价方法的选择,提出了课程教学改革的初步构思和设想.
"Reception and vip Room Service and Management" is a compulsory core course of tourism management, hotel management and other related subjects in vocational colleges. The paper expounds the curriculum criterion and the design of the teaching contents, and the choices of teaching the design and evaluation methods. This paper puts forward the preliminary ideas of teaching reform of the course.
