摘要
目的:探讨双向质量反馈模式在妊高征剖宫产产妇护理中的应用价值。方法:选取2011年2月至2012年6月于本院进行剖宫产的90例妊高征产妇为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组每组各45例,对照组进行常规的护理干预,观察组则以双向质量反馈为指导进行护理干预,后将两组产妇产后早期恢复及泌乳情况、不良情况发生率及干预前后的心理状态、睡眠状况进行统计及比较。结果:观察组的排气时间、下床活动时间、自主排尿时间均短于对照组,泌乳情况优于对照组,不良情况发生率低于对照组,干预后的心理状态、睡眠状况好于对照组,P均<0.05,有显著性差异。结论:双向质量反馈模式在妊高征剖宫产产妇护理中的应用价值高,在促进产后恢复及改善整体生存状态中发挥着积极的作用。
Objective： To study the application value of bidirectional quality feedback mode in the nursing of parturient underwent caesarean section with pregnancy induced hypertension.Method： 90 parturient underwent caesarean section with pregnancy induced hypertension in our hospital from February 2011 to June 2012 were selected as research object,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group,the control group were intervened with routine nursing,the observation group were intervened with nursing guided with bidirectional quality feedback mode,then the situation of early postpartum recovery and lactation,incidence of adverse circumstances and mentality,sleep quality before and after the intervention of two groups were analyzed and compared.Result： The exhaust time,off-bed activity time and autonomous urination time of observation group were all shorter than those in control group,lactation situation were better than that of control group,incidence of adverse circumstances was lower than that of control group,mentality and sleep quality were all better than those of control group,all P0.05,there as significant differences.Conclusion： The application value of bidirectional quality feedback mode in the nursing of parturient underwent caesarean section with pregnancy induced hypertension is higher,and it plays an active role in promoting the recovery and improving the comprehensive survival condition.
