摘要目的观察妊娠高血压综合征(妊高征)的临床护理效果。方法对妊高征患者采取心理护理、病情观察、用药护理、健康指导等护理措施。结果本组26例,自然分娩及引产12例,出生后1 m in Apgar评分:大于7分11例,4-7分1例;剖宫产14例,大于7分12例,4-7分2例。结论妊高征严重危害孕产妇和胎儿的生命健康,加强对妊高征的防治和护理可大大降低其危害性。
