摘要
分析了2008—2012年间通过国家黄淮南片审定的32个小麦品种的品质性状。结果表明:这些小麦品种的容重、蛋白质含量、湿面筋含量较高,而稳定时间、最大抗延阻力等加工品质数值偏低。因此,今后黄淮南片小麦品质育种应把主要精力放在选育优质中强筋小麦品种上,在有条件的地区适当发展强筋小麦,不断提高稳定时间、最大抗延阻力等加工品质。
The quality properties of 32 national huai region were analyzed. The results indicated that approved wheat varieties in 2008 -2012 in south Huang- their volume weight, protein content and wet gluten con- tent were relatively higher, but the processing quality properties such as dough stability time and maximum re- sistance to extension were lower. Therefore, the main efforts should be put in breeding medium - strong - gluten wheat varieties with good quality in south Huanghuai region; strong - gluten wheat could be developed in some conditional areas; the processing quality also should be improved.
