摘要
目的:分析药物流产后阴道持续流血的临床特点,探讨有效的临床治疗方法。方法:选取我院2010年1月～2011年12月间收治的92例药物流产后阴道持续流血患者随机分为妈富隆治疗组(观察组)和加味生化颗粒治疗组(对照组),每组各46例,观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果:观察组患者的阴道流血停止时间和阴道流血量均显著少于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用妈富隆治疗药物流产后阴道持续流血患者临床疗效确切,且不良反应发生率低,值得临床进一步推广使用。
Objective：To analyse drug abortion after vaginal bleeding for the clinical characteristic and effective treatment method.Methods：The 92 cases were our drug abortion after vagina bleed for mom rich grand were randomly divided into treatment group（observation group） and flavored biochemical granule treatment group（control group）,each group of each 46 cases,to observe the curative effect of the two groups.Results：Observation group of vaginal bleeding stop time and vaginal bleeding volume were significantly less than control group,there is a significant difference（P 0.05）.Two groups of patients incidence of adverse reactions no significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion： the treatment of drug abortion mom rich grand after vaginal bleeding patients for clinical curative effect definite,and low adverse reactions,is worth popularizing.
