摘要
目的:探讨门诊"一卡通"诊疗模式在医院诊疗服务中所发挥的作用,分析其使用现状并探索未来"一卡通"系统在医院诊疗服务中的应用。方法:依托"军卫一号"系统工程,结合医院实际,设计开发门诊"一卡通"管理系统,着力解决患者在医院挂号、看病、取药排队等候时间长而医生问诊时间短的问题。结果:"一卡通"系统应用后已办卡30余万张,累积资金800余万元,改变了传统的就医方式,最大限度地缩短了患者就诊等候时间,为优化工作流程、提高医疗质量和工作效率提供了便利条件。结论:门诊"一卡通"系统可完善"军卫一号"系统工程在门诊管理方面的不足,提升军队医院信息化管理水平,增强医院市场竞争力。
Objective: To explore the role of "One-card" system applied during diagnosis and treatment of outpatient service in hospital, analyze the present situation and explore its prospect in the future. Methods: Based on the "Army No.1", combined with the actual situation, one-card management system was designed and developed for resolving long time registration, taking medicine, short time for doctor’s visiting and other problems existed in hospital. Results: After system running, 300,000 cards have applied, collected about 8,000,000 yuan and changed the traditional medical care seeking. It shortened the patient waiting time maximize, optimized the work flow, improved the medical quality and work efficiency. Conclusion: The one-card system can cover "Army No.1" in the outpatient service management, enhance the level of information management in military hospital, strengthen the hospital market competitiveness.
