摘要
目的探讨门诊"一卡通"诊疗模式在蚌医一附院诊疗服务中所发挥的作用,分析"一卡通"模式在该院使用的现状,并提出对未来的展望。方法以蚌医一附院为例,总结该院3年来在门诊诊疗工作中应用"一卡通"诊疗服务的经验,依托医院信息系统,利用具有充值功能的磁卡的存储技术、先进的计算机网络技术对患者就诊活动实施网络管理。结果门诊"一卡通"就诊模式优化了患者的就诊流程,大大缩短了患者看病时间,为患者提供了方便、快捷的人性化诊疗服务,同时提高了广大患者就诊的满意度。"一卡通"的运用也使得该院相对独立的各个辅助信息系统得到了很好的整合,实现了各系统之间数据交换与信息共享,减少了门诊工作强度,提高了工作效率,发挥了医院信息系统的整体优势,标志医院信息化、数字化建设又迈进一个新的台阶。新型的诊疗模式使全院医疗工作更加规范化、程序化、人性化,很好地实现了对医院智能化的管理,对促进医院实现管理现代化发挥一定的作用。结论 "一卡通"诊疗模式适合在信息化基础相对好的医院推广运用,能提高医院的工作效率和经济效益,增强医院市场竞争能力。
Objective To investigate the role of outpatient ＂card＂ model in diagnosis and treatment in our hospital medical service,to explore present situation of ＂card＂ mode use in our hospital,and put forward the prospects for the future.Methods In my institute as an example,summing up my courtyard 3 years in clinic application of ＂one card＂ medical service experience,relying on the hospital information system,using with recharge function of magnetic storage technology,and advancing computer network technology on patients＇ activities in the implementation of network management.Results Outpatient ＂card＂ optimized patient treatment process,greatly shortened the patient to see a doctor in time,for the convenience of patients,and efficient human services,and improved the patients＇ satisfaction.The application of ＂one card＂ also made my courtyard relatively independent of each auxiliary information system having been a very good integration,the implementation of the system of data exchange and information sharing,reduced outpatient work intensity,improved work efficiency,to play the overall advantages of hospital information system,marked our courtyard informatization,digitalization and forward a new step.New diagnostic and treatment model to the medical work more standardized,procedures,user-friendly,very good realization on intelligent hospital management,to promote the hospital management modernization play a certain role.Conclusion ＂card＂ model was feasible for the hospital with better informatization,which can improve the work efficiency and economic benefit,and enchance the market competitive ability of hospital.
