摘要
采用静态热老化、脱氯化氢、动态热稳定实验研究了三羟甲基氨基甲烷(TRIS)与1,3-二甲基-6-氨基脲嘧啶(DMAU)作为聚氯乙烯(PVC)热稳定剂的协同作用。结果表明:DMAU与TRIS以2:1复配使用时,PVC具有最佳的静态和动态热稳定性能,并且优于季戊四醇与DMAU、二乙醇胺与DMAU协同使用的效果。
Using discoloration test, dehydrochlorination test and dynamic thermal stability test, the synergistic effects of 1,3-dimethyl-6-aminouracil (DMAU) and trihydroxymethyl aminomethane (TRIS) as polrvinyl chloride (PVC) thermal stabilizer were studied. The results indicate that: the best static and dynamic thermal stability of PVC are obtained, when the mass ratio of TRIS and DMAU is 2:1; it is better than the synergistic effects of pentaerythritol and DMAU, or diethanolamine and DMAU as synergistic thermal stabilizers.
