无卤阻燃聚碳酸酯/聚乳酸合金的力学性能和阻燃性能研究 被引量:2

Study on Mechanical and Flame-retardant Properties of Halogenfree Flame-retardant PC/PLA Blends

摘要 以有机磷和有机硅作为复配阻燃体系,对聚碳酸(酯PC/)聚乳(酸PLA)合金进行阻燃改性,制备了无卤阻燃PC/PLA合金,研究了合金的力学性能和阻燃性能。结果表明:随着复配阻燃剂中有机硅含量的增加,合金的拉伸强度、弯曲强度、弯曲模量略有降低,而冲击强度明显提高,并且合金的阻燃等级和氧指数均有所提高表,明有机磷和有机硅协同使用取得了较好的阻燃效果。 Taking organic phosphate and silicon as flame retardants,the halogen-free flame-retardant polycarbonate/poly(lactic acid)(PC/PLA)blends were prepared.The mechanical and flameretardant properties of the blends were investigated.The results indicate that with the increase of organic silicon content,the tensile strength,flexural strength and flexural modulus of the blends decrease slightly,while the impact strength increases obviously,and the flame-retardant rating and oxygen index also increase,which prove the excellent synergistic flame-retardant properties of organic phosphate and silicon.
