摘要
纯净度、淬透性、晶粒度是评价汽车用齿轮钢的主要指标,而钢中全氧质量分数(w(T[O])又是衡量纯洁度的主要指标,东特集团抚顺特钢(以下简称抚特钢)通过调整脱氧制度,选择合理的渣系,采用"超高功率电炉+LF+VD+CC"工艺流程生产出了w([C])≤0.25%、w(T[O])≤15×10-6、夹杂物完全满足国外某用户标准要求的高档汽车齿轮用钢。
Automobile gear steel is mainly estimated by its cleanliness, hardenability and grain size. The total oxygen (T[O]) content is the main index for measuring the cleanliness of the steel. In Fushun Special Steel Company of Dongbei Special Group, high-level automobile gear steels with carbon content less than 0.25% and T[-O] content less than 15× 10-6 were produced by adjusting the deoxidation system, employing the reasonable slag system and manufacture process of EAF with ultra-high-power+ LF+ VD+ CC, whose non-metallic inclusion totally met the re- quirement of the specification for a foreign user.
