石油-重金属复合污染土壤的微生物修复 被引量:3

摘要 以盐碱土为供试土壤,分别加入5个浓度的重金属Cd2+(2.5,5,10,15,20 mg/kg)或Ni(25,50,100,150,200 mg/kg),分别添加2 000 mg/kg石油烃,将加入石油降解菌的试验组与不加菌的对照组进行对比,研究石油-重金属复合污染土壤微生物修复过程中重金属有效态和形态的变化规律。结果表明,石油-重金属复合污染盐碱土的微生物修复过程中,土壤中有效态Cd2+、Ni随培养时间增长,有效态含量呈起伏变化,且土壤中有效态Cd2+与Ni的变化规律存在明显不同。培养60 d后,土壤中Cd2+的可氧化态含量均下降,可还原态含量均略有增加,低浓度时弱酸提取态Cd2+含量降低,残渣态Cd2+含量增加,高浓度时变化趋势相反。培养60 d后,Ni的弱酸提取态、可还原态、可氧化态3种形态总量呈下降趋势,残渣态Ni含量则增加,Ni的形态分布由不稳定向稳定方向迁移,活性降低。 The contaminated saline-alkali soil was prepared by adding appropriate concentrations of CdCl2(2.5,5,10,15,20 mg / kg) and NiCl2(25,50,100,150,200 mg / kg) firstly.After the metal-treated soil was incubated for two months,2 000 mg/kg of petroleum was added.Test group of adding petroleum degrading sgtains and test group without such strains were compared,the change pattern of availability and form of heavy metals during microbial rernediation process in petroleum-heavy metals comtarminated soil.The results indicated that the availability of soil Cd and Ni both had a tendency of alternately fluctuanting change with the elapsing of time.But,their change law was proved significantly different.The content of oxidizable Cd decreased while the content of reducible Cd increased after 60 days of cultivation.At low concentrations of soil Cd2 +,the content of acetic acid extractable Cd decreased while the content of residual Cd increased.However,it showed a contrary tendency at high concentrations of Cd2+.The total amount of the acetic acid extractable,oxidizable and reducible Ni all decreased while the content of residual Ni increased after cultivation for 60 days.As a result,the form distribution of Ni tended from the stable to the unstable state with the reduction of active Ni.
