井下测试数据地面直读技术发展现状 被引量:28

摘要 为在试油测试期间快速获取井下压力、温度数据,实现储层快速解释和评价,及时制定下步施工方案,以及确定合理的压井液密度等,井下测试数据地面直读技术的研究成为科学试油发展的必然方向。通过对国内外地面直读技术进行广泛的调研,归纳总结出4大类试油测试以及投产期间井下测试数据地面快速直读方式,主要包括井下永久式压力监测技术、电缆有线地面直读技术、全井无线传输地面直读技术以及井下电子压力计投捞工艺技术,在此基础上,进一步对各种技术的原理、影响因素、适用条件详细进行阐述,并对比分析了各技术的优缺点,为下一步地面直读技术的应用和发展提供了指导依据。 In order to acquire the down-hole test date of pressure and temperature during the well testing,achieve reservoir interpretation and evaluation quickly,timely work out the next operation plan and determinate the reasonable kill mud density,the research on surface read-out technologies of down-hole test date have becoming the inevitable direction in well testing field.Through the investigation of the surface read-out technologies of down-hole test date and the date transmission method,4 kinds of surface read-out methods were sumed up,including down-hole pressure permanent monitoring technology,cable SRO test technology,wireless SRO test technology and the technology of pulling and running electronic gauge.At the same time,the principle,influence factors,application conditions etc.of these technologies were expounded,and the advantages and disadvantages were illustrated and analyzed,which supplied the references for development and application of SRO technologies in the future.
