摘要
针对油气井测试信号的特征,以电磁感应理论为基础,研制出一种无铁芯、同轴等长螺线管结构的井下测试器与传输电缆间非接触式信号变送器。高温和金属屏蔽条件下的试验以及与实际试井系统连接后在海上油田应用结果表明,该变送器能在温度达150℃、压力为70MPa的金属套管井中连续正常使用240h以上,且传输精度优于0.13%FS。
Based on the characteristics of well test signals and the principle of electromagnetic induction, a new kind of non-contuct signal transmitter between the downhole probe and the transmitting cable is developed to be used for oil/gas well testing. It is analytal that the experiment of temperature, metul shield, the connection with the well testing system and a successful application on the oilfield have proved that the signal transmitter can work well in the circumstance of high temperature up to 150℃, high pressure up to 70MPa. The pressure-measuring accuracy is better than O. 13% FS after signal transmitting.
