摘要
论述了在光电直读光谱仪上分析钢中砷、锡、铌含量的方法。砷、锡、铌在钢中的含量很低,通过优选仪器的预燃、曝光参数和校正分析元素间的干扰,使分析元素的含量下限和准确度达到了较高的技术要求。
The method of analyzing trace element As, Sn and Nb in steel by photoelectric direct-reading spectrometer were discussed. The content of As, Sn and Nb in steel is very low, through optimizing the instrument pre-combustion, exposing parameters and correcting the interference between analyzed elements can makes the lower limit of the content of analyzed element and the accuracy reach a high technical requirements.
