简单介绍了高铬白口铸铁的发展历程,分析了其发展变化的冶金学依据,认为在降低铸铁中气体类杂物的含量和细化碳化物的基础上,未来高铬白口铸铁的显微组织中,碳化物体积百分数将可高达60%,其抗磨性能将会大幅度提高。
The development course of the high chromium white cast iron was described briefly. On the base of reducing gas and impurities contents and refining the carbide, the carbide volume fraction of the future high-Cr white cast iron can reach 60%, and its abrasive resistance will be improved greatly.
