摘要
采用Gleeble1 5 0 0热模拟机对宝钢SS40 0钢的 (F +P)组织在 6 5 0℃进行了应变为 0 .4、0 .6的加工 ,通过光学显微镜、透射电镜进行组织观察 ,结果表明 :铁素体在6 5 0℃发生动态回复与动态再结晶 ,且在基体上有颗粒状或蠕虫状的碳化物析出 ;珠光体片层状组织被破坏 ,片状碳化物逐渐被球化 ;中温加工后加热到 80 0℃铁素体发生静态回复与静态再结晶 ;加热到 90 0℃ ,保温 30s获得晶粒尺寸约为 7~ 1 0 μm的细小奥氏体晶粒。
The microstructures (F+P) of SS 400 steel from Bao Steel Corp. are processed at 650*!℃ in a Gleeble 500 thermo mechanical simulator and in the prucess the strain of the test steel is controlled within the range of 0.4 to 0.6. The textures of the steel are observed and examined by an optical metalloscope and a TEM.Results show that when the process temperature arrives at 650*!℃ the dyramic recovery and dynamic recrystallization occur in the ferrite and the granulor and worm type carbide is precipitated at the matrix of ferrite and at the same juncture the lamellar structure of pearite is destroyed and the lamellar structure of carbide is gradually spheroidized and when the temperature rises to 800*!℃ after moderate temperature process the static recrystallization and static recovery occur in the ferrite and as soon as the temperature reaches 900*!℃ and holds at the temperature for 30 seconds the refined austenites having grain size of 7~10 μm can be obtained.
