甘西鼠尾草与丹参主要成分含量的测定 被引量:3

摘要 目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定甘西鼠尾草中的主要成分含量,并与丹参作对比.方法:采用Dikma Dia-monsil-C18(4.6×250mm,5μm),0.026%磷酸水溶液-乙腈为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速为1mL/min,柱温30℃,检测波长280nm.结果:本含量测定方法的线性、准确度、精密度和重复性均良好.结论:本法简便可行、重复性好,可用于甘西鼠尾草中脂溶性与水溶性成分的同时测定.甘西鼠尾草中的主要水溶性成分是迷迭香酸而不是丹酚酸B,甘西鼠尾草中的迷迭香酸和丹参酮ⅡA的含量高于丹参,丹酚酸B的含量低于丹参. Objective. To establish an HPLC (high performance liquid chromatography) procedure for the determination of the main components of Salvia przewalskii Maxim, with the result compared with Dan- shen (S. rniltiorrhiza Bunge). Methods. The column consisted of a Dikma Diarnonsil reverse-phase C18 column (5 μm, 4.6×250 mm). The mobile phase consisted of 0. 026% phosphoric acid in water and ace- tonitrile, using a gradient program. The flow rate was kept at 1 mL/min and the column temperature at 30℃, and the UV detector was set at 280 nm. Results. This method was shown to have good linearity, accuracy, precision and repeatability. Conclusion. The method is simple, feasible and reproducible, and can be used for quality control of S. przewalskii. The main water-soluble component of S. przewalskii is rosmarinic acid instead of salvianolic acid B. S. przewalskii has higher rosmarinic acid and tanshinone II and lower salvianolic acid B than S. miltiorrhiza. S. przewalskii is valuable and worth further exploitation.
