摘要 不同颜色油菜种皮含有不同类型的色素,研究种皮颜色与其色素之间的关系能够为黄籽油菜的育种提供理论依据。介绍油菜种皮中色素种类、主要色素的含量及测定方法,为黄籽油菜的育种提供参考。 Rapeseed coat of different color contains different types of pigments, study of the relationship between the kind of rapeseed coat color with pigment can provide theoretical basis for yellow seeds breed. This paper introduced rapeseed coat pigment type, the content of main pigment and measure method, so as to provide reference for the rapeseed breeding of yellow seeds.
