摘要
目的:观察经皮超声引导下穿刺注射治疗单纯性肾囊肿的临床疗效。方法:选取近年来于笔者所在医院诊治的168例单纯性肾囊肿为研究对象,全部患者均采取超声引导下经皮穿刺注射无水酒精治疗;观察术后疗效,并对患者进行6～24个月随访复查。结果:全部168例患者,共穿刺注射囊肿172个;患者治疗前后囊肿直径改变比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。症状缓解和消失者为129例,占94.2%。治疗后随访显示有效率为99.4%;其中87例囊肿完全消失,占51.8%;仅1例因效果不好行二次穿刺。无严重并发症发生。结论:经皮超声引导下穿刺注射治疗单纯性肾囊肿方法便捷安全,能够取得良好的疗效,术后并发症及复发率低,且能够适用于复发患者。
Objective：To observe the clinical effect of skin ultrasound-guided puncture in the treatment of simple renal cysts.Method：168 cases of simple renal cysts in recent years in our hospital were chosen as the research object. All patients were taken with the ultrasound-guided percutaneous ethanol injection therapy. The efficacy after surgery was observed,and they were taken for 6 to 24 months follow-up review.Result：All 168 patients,there were a total of 172 puncture injection cyst. The cyst diameter change for patients before and after treatment was statistically significant（P ＆lt;0.05）. The symptoms eased and disappeared was in 129 cases,accounting for 94.2%. Follow-up treatment,the effective rate was 99.4%;87 cases were of completely disappeared in cysts,accounting for 51.8%;only 1 case was taken a secondary puncture due to the bad effect. No serious complications occurred. Conclusion：The method of leather ultrasound-guided puncture injection for treatment of simple renal cysts is convenient and safe,it can achieve good efficacy,it is with low postoperative complications and recurrence rate,and it can be applied in patients with recurrence.
