摘要 阐述了拼装机液压系统的原理,利用AMEsim软件对盾构机管片拼装机系统中的周向回转液压系统进行建模和仿真,分析了其液压控制系统的动态特性,分析了系统流量与管片质量对拼装系统的影响,为评价拼装机液压系统优劣以及系统优化提供参考。 The principles of the hydraulic system of segment erector were introduced. The modeling and simulation of the circum- ferential rotation of that system in segment erector system of shield tunnel machine were made respectively by using AMEsim software, and during which, the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic control system and the affects of the system flow rate and segment quality on the erector system were also separately analyzed. All of these provide a reference for the evaluation and optimal design of the hy- draulic system of the erector.
