摘要
根据AMES im和MATLAB软件各自的特点,采用了AMES im和MATLAB联合仿真的方法对盾构推进液压系统进行了仿真,并在控制仿真中采用了基于普通PID和模糊自整定PID的压力和速度复合比例控制,结果表明:系统稳态精度较高,调节时间短,超调小,可以克服非线性时变特性的影响。
Simulation of shield's thrust hydraulic system was achieved by using AMESim and MATLAB software, and pressure and velocity compound control strategy based on PID and fuzzy self- tuning PID was adopted. Result shows that the system has high steady -state precision, short adjusting time, little overadjusting, and can overcome the nonlinear time- varying character.
