摘要
目的建立盆炎净片中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶色谱柱(6.0mm×150mm,5μm);以乙腈-水(13:87)为流动相,流速1.0mL.min-1;检测波长230nm。结果芍药苷在0.155 2μg.mL-1~1.552μg.mL-1的范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的相关性,其线性回归方程为:Y=137 002X+12 458,r=0.999 9;平均加样回收率为99.1%(n=6,RSD%=1.01%)。结论实验表明,该法操作简便、灵敏度高、重现性好,利于盆炎净片的质量控制。
Objective To develop an HPLC method for determination of the content of Paeoniflorin in Penyanjing tablets. Methods Using the method of HPLC with Octadecyl silane bonded silica column ( 6.0mm × 150mm, 5μm ); The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water ( 13:87 ), the flow rate was 1.0ml· min 1; The detection wavelength was at 323 nm. Results There was a good linear relationship between the concentration of Paeoniflorin and peak area value when the concentrations of Paeoniflorin was within the range of 0.155 2μgomL^-1-1.552μg-mL^-1 .Equation of linear regression: Y= 137 002X+12 458,1-=0.999 9; the average recovery was 99.1% (n=6,RSD%=1.01%). Conclusion The experiment shows that the method has the advantages of simple operation, high sensitivity, good repeatability. It would be used in quality control of Penyanjing tablets.
