Parkinson's disease cell models and its experimental research

摘要 帕金森病(Parkinson's disease,PD)是一种常见的中枢神经退行性疾病,PD的发病机制目前尚不清楚。构建PD细胞模型是进行PD的病理生理机制及治疗药物研究的重要方法。 Parkinson's disease (PD) is a progressive neurodegenerative disorder, and the pathogenesis of PD is not completely understood. Establishing in vitro cell models is an important way to research the pathophysiologic mechanisms and explore new drug targets for PD treatment.
