摘要
对黑龙江铁力铜铅锌硫化矿进行了浮选试验研究。采用铜铅混浮-铜铅分离-混浮尾矿选锌的工艺流程,并采用CMC+亚硫酸钠组合抑制剂,实现了铜铅分离,闭路试验获取得了铜精矿品位20.25%、回收率60.52%,铅精矿品位55.25%、回收率70.07%,锌精矿锌品位46.35%、回收率86.73%的指标。
Flotation tests were conducted for a Cu-Pb-Zn sulfide ore of Tieli Mine in Heilongjiang Province. By adopting a sequential flotation method composed of Cu-Pb bulk flotation, Cu/Pb separation and zinc recovery from bulk tailings, with CMC and Na2SO3 as a combined depressor, a Cu-Pb separation can be actualized. The closed-circuit test yielded a copper concentrate grade of 20.25% Cu at 60.52% recovery, a lead concentrate grade of 55.25% Pb at 70.07% recovery, a zinc concentrate grade of 46.35% Zn at 86.73% recovery.
