复杂铜铅锌多金属矿的选矿工艺试验研究 被引量:21

摘要 针对某地含铜、铅、锌多金属硫化矿易浮选难分离、嵌布粒度极不均匀的特点,采用优先浮选铜-再磨-精选铜-铜浮选尾矿选铅-再选锌的工艺流程,在合理的药剂条件下,获得了较好的分选指标,铜精矿含铜18.02%、回收率57.50%,铅精矿含铅51.43%、回收率33.20%,锌精矿含锌45.83%、回收率48.95%,铅锌混合精矿含铅和锌分别为31.53%和38.46%,铅回收率为42.56%、锌回收率为34.05%。 According to the characteristics of a certain Cu-Pb-Zn polymetallic sulphide ore such as the floatability of " easy to float yet hard to be separated" and the extremely inhomogeneous distribution of dissemination size, a flowsheet consisting of selective floatation of copper, regrinding, cleaning of copper and beneficiation of lead and zinc from copperflotation tailings was selected. Adopting a rational reagent system, good separation indices can be attained: Cu grade and recovery of copper concentrate are 18.02% and 57.50%, respectively, Pb grade and recovery of lead concentrate are 51.43% and 33.20%, respectively, Zn grade and recoverv of zinc concentrate are 45.83% and 48.85%,tively, the Pb grade and recovery, and the Zn grade and recovery for the lead-zinc bulk concentrate are 31.53%, 42.56%, 38.46% and 34.05%, respectively.
