摘要
高校青年教师的信息化教学能力是推动高校教育信息化、提高高等教育教学质量的核心。文章基于西安地区高校青年教师信息化教学现状调研基础上,分析高校教师信息化教学能力发展中的问题所在,结合实际提出高校青年教师信息化教学能力发展的相关对策。
Young college teachers teaching ability is the core and key to promote higher education information technology and improve the teaching quality of higher education .This article is based on research on the basis of the information technology teaching situation of young university teachers, analysis the problem the domestic university teachers in the development of information technology teaching ability, combined with the actual proposed development of young university teachers teaching ability countermeasures.
