摘要
β2-受体激动剂是一类人工合成药物,主要用于防治人、兽支气管哮喘和支气管痉挛等病症,但当使用量超过治疗剂量时,它能促进动物体内蛋白质的合成和脂肪的分解,所以常被当作动物饲料添加剂使用来达到提高饲养动物瘦肉率的目的。但β2-受体激动剂的使用会在畜产品中造成残留,给人类的健康带来威胁。文章比较全面地总结了20种β2-受体激动剂的理化性质、机体代谢、残留危害及常用检测方法,为保障动物性食品的质量安全提供信息。
β2-agonist is a kind of artificially synthesized drug; it is used as clinical medicine to cure bronchial asthma and bronchial spasms. It can promote protein synthesis when the usage amount is more than therapeutic doses, with accelerating /at decomposition. For the purpose of improving the lean meat percentage of breeding animals,it is always used as additive in animal feed. Therefore β2-ag- onist will remain in animal products, which would threat the health of human beings. In order to provide the information for guarantee- ing the quality and safety of animal products, the physicochernical properties, metabolism in the body, residual hazards and detection methods are summarized in this paper.
