摘要
对国内外车架的动力学分析及其轻量化技术的研究现状进行了探讨,并对现有研究存在的问题和不足之处进行了阐述。为真实准确地获得车架动态载荷,并基于此进行车架轻量化研究,首次提出了基于刚柔耦合动态仿真的方法来对车架轻量化进行研究,即通过车架的动力学分析得到车架真实动态载荷。通过此种方法更能准确描述车架实际的工况,轻量化结果可信度更高。
It summarizes the overseas and domestic status of its dynamic simulation research and frame lightweight research, elaborates the main problems and inadequacies of these researches. In order to conduct the lightweight research of the car frame, it needs to get the dynamic loads of frame exactly. This paper puts forward a new method of rigid - flexible coupling dynamic simulation which can be applied in lightweight research of the car frame. In other words, by the dynamic simulation research of the frame, it can get the dynamic loads of frame ex- actly. This method can describe the actual working conditions of the car frame more exactly, and the result will be more dependable .
