摘要
针对传统型施工升降机的层门与笼门存在的问题,设计了一种联动装置,该装置能够减少人员误操作,提高安全性能。以某SC型施工升降机为模型,确定传动设计方案,在ADAMS中建立刚柔耦合模型,分析联动装置在加速至稳定阶段过程中系统的动态特性。分析结果显示,层门和笼门的运动速度均达到设计目标,并且得到丝杠最大应力节点信息。对比理论计算和刚柔耦合模型的分析结果,有效验证了联动装置设计的合理性,为后续优化和生产制造提供理论依据。
In this article,a linkage device is designed for the traditional construction elevator’s landing door and cage door,which is used for reducing personnel mis-operation and improving safety performance.Based on the SC-typed construction elevator,the transmission design plan is worked out.The rigid-flexible coupling model is set up in ADAMS,and the dynamic characteristics of the system are explored during the stage from acceleration to stability.These results show that the movement speeds of the landing door and the cage door meet the design goals,and the information on the maximum stress node of the screw is identified.A series of comparison are conducted between the results obtained from theoretical calculation and the results obtained from the rigid-flexible coupling model effectively validate that the design of this linkage device is rationale and provide theoretical basis for subsequent optimization and manufacturing.
