摘要
大包线自开通运营以来,频繁发生过电压引起HXD型电力机车惩罚制动。对大包线过电压进行现场测试及分析,结果表明过电压与中性段对地等效电容中储存的电磁能量有关,电力机车通过电分相时等值电路在结构上也会发生大的变化,在此暂态过程中形成高阶振荡电路产生了过电压。通过对测试的过电压波形进行频谱分析,可以排除高次谐波谐振过电压的原因。过电压的产生和机车型号无关,只是由于不同型号的电力机车采用了不同的过电压保护措施,机车过分相过电压时才显现不同的故障现象。氧化锌避雷器和RC过电压吸收装置能够有效地抑制电力机车通过关节式电分相时产生的过电压。
Since the Datong-Baotou Railway has been open to traffic, over-voltages frequently happen which cause punitive braking of the HXD-type electric locomotive. So, over-voltages on the Datong- Baotou Railway was tested and analyzed. Then the results show that the over-voltage is related to the electromagnetic energy stored in the neutral sections. There may be considerable changes in the structure of equivalent circuit when the electric locomotive goes through the articulated phase insulator, and then high-order oscillating circuit is formed which eventually leads to the happening of over-voltage in this transient process. Furthermore, the spectrum analysis of the recorded waveforms of over-voltage shows that high-order harmonic resonance over-voltage may not be the reason. In addition, the over-voltage has nothing to do with the type of the electric locomotive. Because different over-voltage protection measures are adopted in different type of electric locomotive, however, different fault phenomena may emerge when over-voltages happen. The simulation results show that the zinc oxide arrester and the RC over-voltage protection device can effectively restrain over-voltage in neutral sections when the electric locomotive passes through the articulated phase insulator.
