摘要
为满足设备管线穿行需要,增加梁底净高,株洲西火车站局部25.2m跨砼框架梁采用了蜂窝梁的结构形式。结合开孔形式、受力模式、构造要求以及有限元计算分析确定了砼蜂窝梁的优化布置,并采取了钢套筒组合加固措施。同时,依据已有研究成果及带套筒砼蜂窝梁的受力特点,总结了其开孔截面承载力计算公式,深化了相应节点构造,可供类似工程设计参考。
In order to increase the clear height and meet the needs of pipeline arrangement, a structural style of castellated beam is adopted in a 25.2 meters span frame concrete beam of Zhuzhou West railway station. Combined with hole form, stress model, structural requirements and finite element analysis, the optimized arrangement of the castellated concrete beam is confirmed with steel sleeve combination reinforcement measures. Meanwhile, based on the existing researches and the mechanics peculiarity of the castellated beam with steel sleeve, the hole cross-section bearing capacity formulas are summarized, and the node construction is refined. It may give some useful references for designers in similar engineerings.
