摘要
采用钢筋混凝土开孔梁是降低建筑层高的有效途径,但迄今仍缺乏对开孔梁完善的设计方法及系统化、参数化的试验研究支持。研究进行42个腹部开设矩形孔的钢筋混凝土简支梁试件在集中荷载下的试验,针对其裂缝开展及破坏形态、应变分布特点、承载力和变形等方面,探讨孔洞尺寸及位置、加强腹筋形式及数量、剪跨比、孔洞间距和混凝土强度等因素对开有矩形孔梁力学性能的影响,总结出以上各因素的影响规律,为开孔梁力学模型和设计方法的建立提供试验依据。
As one of the most effective methods to reduce inter-story height, reinforced concrete beam with opening was proposed. But up to now, sophisticated design theory and analysis method for this kind of structural members have not been established and systematic and multi-parameters experimental study on such kind of beam is insufficient. Experimental study on 42 simply supported reinforced beams with rectangular web opening under concentrated load was presented in this paper. Factors that influence the mechanical behavior of the beams with openings, such as height and length of the opening, position of opening, eccentricity of opening, spacing of opening, ratio of shear span to effective depth of section, form and amount of reinforcement around the openings, were fully surveyed, and the influences of these factors on the failure patterns, load-bearing mechanism, shear resistance and rigidity were obtained and discussed. The conclusions provide experimental proofs for the establishment of mechanical model and design method for this kind of reinforced concrete beam with opening.
