摘要
目的:研究显苞芒毛苣苔地上部分乙酸乙酯部位的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶色谱柱层析进行分离纯化,通过波谱数据结合理化性质鉴定结构。结果:从显苞芒毛苣苔的乙酸乙酯部位中分离鉴定了8个化合物,分别为:koaburaside(1)、松柏醛(2)、丁香醛(3)、反-3,5-二甲氧基-4-羟基肉桂醛(4)、2,4'-二羟基苯乙酮(5)、对羟基苯乙酮(6)、β-胡萝卜苷(7)、β-谷甾醇(8)。结论:其中,化合物1、2为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the constituents of EtOAc extract from Aeschynanthus bracteatus.Methods:The constituents were isolated and purified by chromatography on silica gel and the structures of the compounds were determined by MS and NMR spectral analysis.Results:On the basis of spectroscopic analysis and comparison with the reported data,compounds were identified as koaburaside(1),coniferaldehyde(2),syringaldehyde(3),sinapinaldehyde(4),2,4′-dihydroxyacetophenone(5),piceol(6),β-daucosterol(7),β-sitosterol(8).Conclusion:Compounds 1 and 2 are obtained from this genus for the first time.
