摘要
以1985—2010年的科技统计数据为基础,运用计量经济学中的协整分析方法,对我国专利产出与经济增长之间的动态关系进行实证研究。研究结果表明:专利产出与经济增长之间存在长期的均衡关系;当滞后期数为4年时,国内生产总值和专利产出之间互相影响效果显著。因此,要加大国家科技投入的规模,为企业创新和成果转化创造良好的创新环境;完善专利制度;加大"产学研"的创新合作,大力培育和发展各类科技中介服务机构,以提高专利的成果转化率。
Based on the co - integration methods, we analyzed the relationship between patent outputs and economic growth based on the data in the period of 1985 - 2010. The results show that there is a long - term equilibrium relationship be- tween patent output and economic growth. When the lag phases for the four years, the mutual influence between GDP and patent output results are obvious. Therefore, the government should increase the scale of national investment in science and technology for business innovation and achievements transformation in order to create a favorable environment for innova- tion, improve the patent system, increase the ＂research＂ of innovation and cooperation, and strive to foster and develop all kinds of science and technologic intermediary service institutions so that conversion rate of patent can be improved.
