摘要
在速度滑冰技术不断发展的今天,弯道技术已成为决定胜负的关键环节。通过对短道弯道技术与速度滑冰弯道技术特点进行对比分析,发现我国速度滑冰运动员采用短道训练后,对其弯道技术的提高和专项能力的促进具有积极的影响。结果表明:短道技术训练可降低速滑运动员滑跑姿势,弯道滑跑时身体倾倒角度增大,从而形成更为稳定的弯道支撑,专项肌群和专项能力获得提高。为改进速度滑冰弯道技术和提高运动员专项能力及竞技能力提供理论依据。
Today, with the development of long track speed skating technique, the curve technique has be-come a decisive key. By contrastively finding out the curve technique characteristics of short track and long track, the paper has a positive effect on the improvement of long track skaters' curve technique and special- ized performance with the short track training methods. The results show that the short track technical train- ing can lower the skating postures of speed skaters, increase the body tilting angle which will form a more stable curve support, improve the specific muscle groups and special abilities. The purpose is to provide the theoretical reference for improving the long track speed skaters' curve technique, special abilities and com- petitive performance.
